27. After an interview with the Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Minister of War, Colonel Donovan²⁸ feels that the Bulgarian Government expects Germany to occupy Bulgaria; that they are very unhappy about it but that they will not resist this occupation. I concur in this opinion.
