The Rumanian Minister told me last night that the Rumanian railroad authorities had been directed by the German authorities to reserve 1500 special trains during January for the transport of German troops and equipment. He gave it as his opinion the size of the army Germany is concentrating in Rumania is very much greater than could conceivably be required for an invasion of Bulgaria and Greece.
