96. Department’s 17, January 19, 9 p.m., Canton Maritime Customs. The procedure envisaged in Department’s paragraph numbered 1 was followed in an interview with the Minister for Foreign Affairs today. The Minister replied that he took note of my statement but made no further comment.56
