Peiping’s 159, March 29, 3 p.m.38 and Department’s 83, April 5, 5 p.m. Tientsin’s despatch 7712 [776], April 15th,38 reports that postal authorities have received instructions permitting the use of parcel post facilities for transmission and delivery of certain furs. The types are those in which the Fur Exporters Association is said to be especially interested.

Repeated to Tokyo and Chungking.
