1090. My 1089, October 6, 10 a.m.2 In view of the fact that many states including some of the chief military powers have still not defined their attitude to the principle of a convention on publicity for national defense expenditure the Council yesterday unanimously decided to postpone fixing the date for a new meeting of the Bureau until the next ordinary session of the Council.
