Referring to my telegram No. 34, December 9, 8 p.m., point number 9 should read as follows: “A mutual offer of both Governments to solve the present conflict by pacific means as established by international law. This offer does not affect the Honduran reservation made to the general Treaty of Arbitration signed January 5, 1929, in Washington, United States of America”.
