German Ambassador arrived here on Chinese customs cruiser. We are reliably informed that Chiang will inform him that China, cannot consider any peace proposals which do not give recognition to her full sovereignty.

Repeated to Hankow, Peiping. Peiping please repeat to Tokyo.
