4. The Department’s January 12, 7 p.m. and January 26, 6 p.m.17 South African authorities seem to be satisfied American Government now doing everything possible to assist the inauguration shipments. It is difficult to eradicate belief that misunderstandings and delay largely our fault. In spite of full explanation regarding visit experts, South African Department of Agriculture have assumed, probably on information supplied by South African Minister Plenipotentiary, that matter can be arranged in time to make one or two trial shipments this season and are counting on first experimental shipment Athlone Castle March 5.18 If anything can be done to expedite activities experts it would be appreciated.
