Memorandum by the Swedish Minister (Boström)

In view of the fact that a new Bill (S. 379), to provide for the deportation of certain alien seamen and for other purposes, has now been introduced by Senator King,2 the Minister of Sweden begs respectfully to call attention to his memorandum of March 9, 1934,3 left at the Department of State on the same date.

The Minister would highly appreciate it if the facts therein set forth could be given due consideration.
