Informed in confidence that one of the questions to be discussed during visit of Argentine President and Minister for Foreign Affairs end of this week is whether Pan American Conference should be held as scheduled or postponed. Brazilian Minister for Foreign Affairs tells me he is convinced it is folly to hold Conference with Chaco and Leticia disputes still unsettled and Cuban situation in aggravated state.
