Sir: I have the honor to enclose herewith Circular Letter No. 170 (a) dated October 28, 1932,22 signed by Sir Eric Drummond, Secretary General of the League of Nations, and referred to in the Legation’s telegram No. 85 of October 29, 11 a.m., 1932.22 This communication invites the United States to be represented at the proposed Monetary and Economic Conference to be held in London, the date of which will be decided by the Organizing Committee at its session in November.
