283. From Gibson. The Committee of Experts has decided to hold a recess until the 11th of August, leaving the preparation and circulation of texts up to a drafting committee, and allowing time for conversations between the Governments. We hope that a very short plenary session will be sufficient.
Hearings with respect to the problem of Near Eastern reparations will be held by another subcommittee, which will try to have a plan ready for consideration on August 11th at the plenary meeting.
