Department’s 41, August 5, 6 p.m. Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not yet received note from International Financial Commission and states matter still under negotiations and that a telegram has been sent to Mr. Venizelos now at The Hague urging that he see Mr. Henderson19 and impress Greek point of view upon him.
