Moslem attacks on Jews at Hebron Friday and Saturday,41 resulting in 45 Jews killed, 51 seriously wounded, 20 slightly wounded, of which Mr. Simon, of the consulate general, recognized a number of wounded and 12 dead, all American students at Slovodka-Talmudic school.42 Their names will be secured and telegraphed later.
Talpioth, Jewish suburb Jerusalem where several American families resided, was evacuated without casualties and homes afterward looted by Moslems.
