Please request permission for Pan American Airways, Incorporated, to carry out survey flights along Colombian coast with a view to extending air lines from the Panama Canal Zone along the north and west coasts of South America. Company states no commercial activities of any kind will be entered into on its survey flights. Please expedite reply.
