87. My telegram no. 61, February 15, 4 p.m., re world aeroplane flight. The British Government agrees to waive usual restrictions on aerial photography in the case of the five aeroplanes, provided they do not fly over or photograph any of prohibited areas named in schedule 7 of Air Navigation Order 1923, copy of which I am forwarding you,24 or the areas in which armament depots are situated at Woolwich, Bedenham, Marchwood, Bandeath and Wrabness.
