1578. My no. 1577, August 18. Tower has wired Paris as well as London for instructions, according to additional information from the same source. In case this matter comes before the Conference of Ambassadors, in view of the policy explained in your note of August 1015 shall I strongly express the hope that everything possible shall be done to insure the transportation of supplies to Warsaw?
