Argentine Government has received information that Huerta will accept mediation. Minister for Foreign Affairs tells me offer of mediation on the part of this Government was made at the suggestion of Naón, who proposed it to his Brazilian and Chilean colleagues. He has been given full powers to act as he deems best in the premises.
