Consulate at Cape Haitien reports: “Political situation very critical. Marines landed. Zamor and followers enter Consulate.”

For the present everything quiet Port au Prince but under the circumstances deem advisable presence of war vessel here. I am endeavoring to ascertain facts. Consul is now at Cape Haitien.
