Port au Prince, June 20, 1914.
Because of seriousness of revolution in north, President Zamor will go to the front tomorrow.* * * In the absence of the President the Government will be in the hands of a Commission to be created tonight and which will act in conjunction with the Cabinet. Port au Prince is quiet but the presence of a naval vessel appears to be of the utmost importance.
