Conference yesterday and today with Bordas and his Minister. Have obtained full acceptance of President Wilson’s plan. Proclamation of resignation by Bordas being prepared to be issued to Dominican people on our order. Expect to settle on name of Provisional President tomorrow and if possible induct him into office by Thursday at three o’clock.
