Sir: With reference to my letter of the 12th instant, I am directed by Earl Russell to transmit to you, to be laid before Secretary Sir George Grey, a copy of a further note from Mr. Adams, enclosing a copy of a letter from the captain of the United States steamer Kearsarge respecting the seamen embarked on board that vessel at Queenstdwn.
