Termination of Mission: Appointment terminated June 30, 1903- Commissioned during a recess of the Senate; recommissioned on December 10, 1901, after confirmation. Appointment to Bulgaria was in addition to assignment as Consul General at Constantinople, where Dickinson resided. No record has been found of presentation of credentials at Sofia.
