Legislation

The Archives and Archival Institutions Act stipulates that documents are generally made available 30 years after creation, though diplomatic records may be held for 50 years after creation.

While there is no systematic publication of Foreign Ministry records, the Croatian State Archives occasionally publishes thematic volumes of documents.
