My Dear Mr. Under Secretary:—In his telegram no. 40 to the President,1 Mr. Churchill mentioned that H. M. G. were drawing up, as the President desired, a suggested list of subjects for discussion at the next meeting of Heads of Governments. Mr. Eden has now asked me to forward you the enclosed list of suggested topics.2 I expect you will wish to inform the President.
