The enclosed revised financial appendix for the reference report on the subject is transmitted herewith for the information of the National Security Council in connection with its consideration of NSC 125/5 at its meeting on Thursday, June 25. It is requested [Page 1437] that the enclosure be substituted for pages 7 and 8 of NSC 125/5 and that the latter be destroyed by burning.2
