President Eisenhower met with British Prime Minister Churchill and French Prime Minister Joseph Laniel at Bermuda, December 4–8, 1953. Several topics relating to China were discussed, including Sino-Soviet relations, restrictions on trade with the People’s Republic of China, and United States policy with regard to Formosa.
