Embassy’s telegram 681, June 15, 4 p.m. I am informed that in connection with the Soviet ultimatum to Lithuania it was also charged that subsequent to the conclusion of the Soviet-Lithuanian Pact of Mutual Assistance,29 Lithuania entered into a military alliance with Latvia and Estonia aimed against the Soviet Union.
Repeated to Riga and Kaunas.
