My September 27, 3 p.m.36 Approximately 1,500 soldiers of the One hundred eighteenth Division all wearing black police uniforms passed through Tientsin yesterday en route from Yangtsun to Changli to engage in bandit suppression work. Foreigners arriving from Changli report greatly improved situation there and tension relaxed.
